1 What is the check-in time?

Check-in must take place on the scheduled day from 15.00 to 19.30, communicating any changes by phone or e-mail, at our office in Via Strada Sud 139 - Rosolina Mare.

2 What is the ckeck-out time?

Check-out is from 07.30 to 10.00 on the last day of your stay. You will have to return the keys always at our office in Via Strada Sud 139 - Rosolina Mare.

3 Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Yes! Your 4-legged friends are welcome at our facilities, as long as they do not disturb the neighborhood.
We will ask only an extra charge of € 25 per animal per stay.

4 What do I have to do to confirm my reservation?

At the time of confirmation we ask a deposit of 30% of the total rent to be sent to us by bank transfer, postal order or if you come on site by ATM or by cash. The balance on the day of arrival.

7 Is cleaning included in the price?

On the day of arrival we will deliver the apartment clean and tidy, if at the end of the stay the cleaning is carried out by the customer there will be no cost, otherwise the cleaning cost is € 50 / € 70 depending on the size of the apartment.

8 Are Covid-19 prevention rules adopted?

At each guest change, our cleaning staff will change the bed linen in all rooms and will be cleaned with specific alcohol-based products.

10 On what days can you find the market in Rosolina Mare and Rosolina village?

The market can be found:
- on Monday morning in via "Strada Sud", near Piazza San Giorgio
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday evenings in "Viale dei Pini", near the centre
- on Thursday mornings in "Viale dei Pini"
- on Friday mornings in Rosolina village.

11 When are masses celebrated in Rosolina Mare?

Masses are celebrated in the parish church of St. Ignatius of Antioch bishop and martyr:
- on Saturdays at 21:00
- Sundays at 8:00 and 10:30

12 Is it possible to rent bikes?

Of course, there are 2 places where it is possible:

It is possible to rent from Monday to Sunday: in the morning from 09:30 to 13:00 and in the afternoon from 15:00 to 00:00.

Here, in addition to bikes, it is possible to rent rickshaws (including electric ones), electric scooters and electric bikes.
